What is your refund policy?
If you request a refund 24 hours prior to the first session you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
If you fail to show up for a lesson or do not cancel or reschedule on our website at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $25 late cancellation/no show fee.
Do I need a learner's license to sign up for VR training?
No. We do not provide driver education or in car driving. All driving is done in a safe, virtual environment. You can do driver education before, during, or after our training program.
What if I forgot my username or password?
You can reset your username or password on our website by clicking the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link on the login page.
